What are the conditions for the replacement policy?

This product is eligible for a free replacement within 7 days of delivery in the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If a suitable repair or replacement is not possible, the item will be eligible for a refund.

Please ensure the product is kept in its original condition, along with the brand’s outer box, MRP tags, user manual, warranty cards, and all original accessories. These are required to process a replacement or refund.

Once the item is received and checked at our warehouse, any applicable refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt.

  • All fragile products are carefully packed using bubble wrap, thermocol, and strong, high-quality cartons to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

  • We offer a 100% breakage guarantee during transit. In case of any damage, a free replacement will be provided.

Broken Items

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
