Order Processing Time
We provide free shipping across India on all orders. Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a working day are usually shipped the same day, provided payment is received, security checks are completed, and the item is in stock. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.
Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day or Monday.
During peak seasons, festivals, or sale periods, dispatch and delivery timelines may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
At Sanskora, you can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. If you request a cancellation after 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value will be charged.
Please note that pre-order purchases are non-cancellable.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to check the status of your delivery.

Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive an order with damaged items or notice anything missing, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos of the product and packaging so we can understand the issue.
